The National Board directed CAP to develop training for aircraft ground handling because of an increasing number of aircraft ground handling incidents. This training is for both ground and flight personnel. Several key areas of concern (aircraft movement, tie down, hangaring, debris, responsibilities, marshaling, etc.) are addressed in an educational WMV format.
